You shouldn't feel guilt at all about taking breaks. Anyone can be driven mad around here. Taking the occasional break from working at content creation is critical to maintain output and avoid burnout!

The more time I spend on Steemit the more I realize this to be true. I can't believe the Youtubers (and Steemians) that can create videos/content day in and day out. It gives me a new appreciation for the hard work they've put in to get to that point.
