Frankly this is just insane.. It's been the trend here in the UK.. Councils increasingly offloading more work for people, sort your recycling, clean your recycling.. My council tax is paying for this and every year we get a shitter and shitter service..
People only a few miles get better waste collection services then here.. it's stupid..
West Lindsey district council would rather spend millions on court hearings and fighting the government over migrants and the stupid RAF base than actually provide decent services..
