Jim Rohn hit the nail on the head when he stated that he will win with the Law of Averages on his side. When you are ready to build a business, you can use the Law of Averages to build a successful business.
Would you rather get 9 out of 10 people to join you or 10 out of 100 to join you? Of course, we want to work less and make more, who wouldn’t, BUT the end result is that the more people you share your business, product, or service with, the more people you will have join you or purchase from you.
How to Use The Law of Averages to Build a Successful Business
What is the difference between you having one out of ten people joining you or buying from you verses having two or three or more out of ten join you or purchase from you? The greatest difference is you!
As you become better, your results will improve. As you talk to more people in person or on the phone, you will be more comfortable, more relaxed, have better questions and conversations, and have better conversions. Learning, practicing, then repeating, is the greatest thing between you and more conversions.
Everyone starts out scared to death of speaking to others about a program or product or service when they first get started, unless they are not human. The more you discover about personal growth, business growth, your business, product or service, proper questions to ask, proper closure techniques, proper sales funnel usage, or proper team support, the better your results.
Similar to batting averages, when a batter first gets started, they are not that great. They are lucky to hit one out of ten at bats. As they get better, as they learn new techniques, and as they use their support staff, they get better and their batting average improves.
Benefits of applying the Law of Averages to Build a Successful Business
When you are new, if you have the right product, service or business, with proper TEAM support and training as a business owner, you will get better! If you do not have these things, you will not see good results.
Also, if you learn from things that you say or do, when they do not work, then the people that you might not have joining you or buying from you are not failures, they are successes. Do not take it personally when people do not see what you see in your business, product or service. Some will, some won’t, so what, on to the next person.
When a batter strikes out, it is not a failure, he is just one more bat away from hitting the ball and getting on base for his team. Nobody wins a team sport by themselves, just as nobody achieves network marketing success by themselves. Business building success is a TEAM effort and a win-win situation for everyone involved that is part of a winning team.
