Love this, not long algo I finally managed to set my goals straight concerning fitness and I managed, after 8 months, to be in the best shape I have ever been, goal setting is crucial but discipline is a tool you will need along the way 24/7, when you lose discipline it really does´t matter how clear your goal is, it is super easy to be derailed from it. Forming habits and discipline are the best ways to actually get to those goals.
