I know for a fact that it was FB that distributed a credit card that I got in early 2016 when I was using that platform for advertising. The reason I know, is because they were the only company that had that number. I got it specifically for the purpose of advertising on FB. Since then, I deleted my FB and Twitter accounts and never looked back. This was a few months before I fully understood what bitcoin was, which I would say was back in early 2017.
