The engines of this machine can be V6 or V8, both redesigned. There are options 3.0 V6 of 330 hp and 2.9 V6 powered by two turbines, delivering 440 hp of power and 56 kgfm of torque. The new V8 is 4.0 (4.8 in the previous), with two central turbines, yielding 550 hp and torque of 78.5 kgfm.
The transmission is always automatic dual-clutch and eight-speed, ante seven in the previous generation. The traction is integral. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h occurs in 5.5 seconds on the least powerful engine and in 4.4 seconds on the stronger V6. With the V8 are 3.8 seconds.The consumption in the city is 6.5 km / l and the highway is 9.6 km / l. As a way to save fuel, the new V8 version can run on only four of its eight cylinders.
The Panamera comes with adaptive air suspension and rear aerofoil that electrically rises in two separate pieces. Optionally, equipment such as directional rear axle or ceramic brakes can be purchased. The entry version comes equipped with electro-mechanical steering, four-zone digital automatic air conditioning, Bose sound system, leather seats with electric settings, beacon assistant with cameras, presence key, 12 airbags, LED headlights, ceiling panoramic electric solar, central touch screen with GPS navigation and 20-inch alloy wheels.The interior of the Panamera boasts a multifunction steering wheel, new instrument panel with two new seven-inch displays and a multimedia center with 12-inch touch screen with the ability to understand gesture commands.
The Panamera's rear seat is traditionally split for only two passengers, but now optionally a conventional three-person rear seat can be ordered.
