People in steemit have different values, interest and skills. You are we to say which posts are "quality" and which are non qualified. Others may find a post helpful when others my see it as ordinary. Upvote those you find interesting, inspiring, helpful and sincere. Reward the author that shared and worked hard to give a piece of themselves. They created that thinking it can benefit someone out there. Be kind and always be patient. 😊
