The early hours of the day were cool enough to stay outside monitoring some work action. The weather changed rapidly after 11AM, so everyone took out their cap and wore it as best as it could perform on the field.
It was less funny after the break of 12AM and the heat from the ray of light could penetrate the piece of tissue on the top head of the cap.
I wish I could stay longer inside. The room temperature in the office building was monitored under constant temperature. Air condition was great during the heat waves that suddenly swing by town.
Apart from the field control of my team, I have to meet with a client on another project building construction. They faced delay in the reception of materials that were schedule to arrive early last week.
The communication problems were resolve in the afternoon after the client understood the problem source and its resolution by my team was entering in effect as soon as the next business day open.
The end of the hours of work at the office arrive, I moved to my colleague desk to make sure they were no urgent tasks left without a solution.
As we were leaving the building and nice cool air from the air conditioner, we discuss the rapid solution to resolve the worried about late delivery of equipments at the construction site as soon as the problem appears.
It was not only my department concern with the elaboration of solution on this issue but working corporation at the office tremendously help the team reach success.

Around 5:00 p.m, I was free to leave my post and joying my colleagues to have a few beer outside.
Indeed, we were not the only one outside looking for a nice spot to sit and enjoying a cold drink.
When it is very hot around your neighborhood, and you have nothing to do for the rest of the day, what type of drink do you order at your favorite local pub as your friends come joining the rest of the club.
