RE: Would you rather have to always wear one thin cotton shirt only (doesn't have to be the same shirt everyday, is not see through and no other upper clothing layers ever), or only be able to use toilet paper that made you itch for two hours after each use?

I would rather use the itchy toilet paper

The advantage of a colostomy bag is that toilet paper doesn't need to touch skin. Sure I use my hands currently, but disposable gloves are a thing. And even though I rarely feel the cold, rarely isn't never, and there's many cold places I'd like to visit still
