RE: Would you rather have to always wear one thin cotton shirt only (doesn't have to be the same shirt everyday, is not see through and no other upper clothing layers ever), or only be able to use toilet paper that made you itch for two hours after each use?

I would rather use the itchy toilet paper

The reason is I live in USA, Pennsylvania and there's a couple of inches of snow right now I have no circulation in my hands and feet. I must stay warm.
