It's not much different to Hive really.

It's much worse, here new users get a ton of support. It may be harder to become the top author, but it is really easy to get started and get some decent support. Many new users make over $100 on their first post. On Deso/Bitclout, you are lucky to even get someone to read your posts.

DeSo is much newer and has a smaller user base (around 1/3 of Hive I think), it's all early days. Heck, remember when Twitter started? Most people on there would tweet once at the start of the day to say what their plans were.
