Uniform Fiscal Object ( UFO) is a coin that is rapidly gaining consensus on the upcoming CSV softfork. The two largest pools have updated their daemons. It is also trading near the bottom range in a pattern that seems to be a cup. Definitely bullish in my opinion! Here are some more details about the project.
Uniform Fiscal Object (UFO) is a NeoScrypt PoW (mineable) coin with a 90 second block time that permits a high throughput capability and very fast transactions. (over 6.5 times faster and higher throughput than the bitcoin network.)
Lead developer is the founder of Feathercoin, Peter Bushnell. He seems to be capable of deploying code very rapidly and effectively. He does very in depth and explanatory technical writings which prove that he is both knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with the community.
There is a developemental plan for rapid and incremental updates until the coin is up to the current 0.16.0 bitcoin version. There will be no huge bulk updates that leave nothing to look forward to, and there seems like there wont be a lot of waiting for development progress either.
Segwit and CSV are two major upgrades which are required for Lightning network compatibility which will bring the ability to engage in atomic swaps and off chain payments (in less than a second).

It is available on CoinExchange.io. Seems to be a somewhat decent exchange with no issues with deposit or withdrawal.There is no tether on the exchange so people dont sell when bitcoin goes up or down.
