Sometimes such issue needs patience. U can consider calling them too if there is a customer care line. Since their website is still on, I believe they will respond. You need to be sure that your transfer of bitcoins went through. Bitcoin platform is too slow now. I did a transfer for over 4 days now but it is still waiting confirmation.
yes apparently all my confirmations and everything was completed all they needed to do was deposit my money it was even calculated how much I would get after they take off their fee of 43.00 dollars . For express funding ! I tried calling them and I only get a recording saying to send a email if I cant an answer in their FAQ area ! Which I did twice ! One to them and one to support with no answers back , so now im very disappointed in them , I hope I wasn't ripped off ! Thanks again for your help ! πππ
