Marilyn Monroe didn't have the presence of Grace Kelly, she wasn't a marvelous actress either, but she became one of the biggest Hollywood's icons. I loved her in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes but other movies are barely good (Bus stop, Niagara, ), however she knew exactly how to play her part in fornt and behind the screen. Candle in the wind that song Elton John sings about Norma Jean is one of the most beautiful tributes I've heard. Good post, thanks for sharing.
