Hallo steemitem this time I will tell the uniqueness in commemorating the prophet mawlid in my village.
in the village I commemorate the mawlid by making a kenduri then invite another village to recite dhikr in the mosque. we start from the first thing, that is making the place of the invitees.
In the village I made the place of the invitees to be interesting, where there is competition there between the groups that have been in for. because in this case the beauty of the place and its decoration is in the calculation to get the victory later. these are some photos of the invitees in my village:
in the above case I deliberately sort the image according to the rank earned, and alhamdulillah my group get 2nd.
Next are invited guests up and recite the dhikr-zikr while displaying a kind of dance head and body according to the instructions of their respective villages. here is the picture:
There was a break session in reciting dhikr for our host to present a fruit dish in the balee (a name in my area) to the invitees. The first break is a fruit dish in balee. if you want to know what is balee here is his picture, if you want to know further you can read my writing below. here are some photos of dishes already served in front of guests:
After which they recite dhikr standing up. in our custom there is the term dhikr of sitting and dhikr standing up.
after the dhikr stood out in read sekrang is a second dish session which means ending also mawlid event in this year. this dish of rice and side dishes in it. here is the picture:
such is our unique way of commemorating the birth of Prophet Muhammad SAW. and it is a hereditary tradition that is at once a culture that does not exist elsewhere.
