I am 6 days into my Genesis Mining contract. I am new to mining so i like the idea of having the contracts instead of investing a lot of money on hardware and electricity. I spent about .3 bitcoin for .50 TH/s hash power. So far I like the everyday pay outs of bitcoin although it is small right now I hope to accumulate bitcoin and other cryptos. Ive used my hash power on mostly bitcoin but will put some toward DASH now. Ill be posting more about my Genesis Mining experience.
I think nowadays altcoin mining become faded. Since mining is not a good solution for scaling up the altcoin. The altcoin is going to change from POW to POs. And there are more and more ICO with fixed amount of tokens. So the future of mining is not so optimistic...
thanks for your perspective. I have read about the change from POW to POs, so i only put a small amount into mining as a noob experiment. My main goal is to just accumulate ETH.
At the moment most profitable contract they offer is ETH mining. Try get a bit of that, I'm sure that will get you good return.
