What about if the whole election system may be decentralized and we have the Voting Power Like Steem Power and If any candidate fail to work as we wanted or corrupts the system we can flag him and thrown out of the system.

If a delegate system for the represantatives would be like Dan Larimers DPOS, the people could withdraw any person from the parliament at any time. Simply by changing the personal votes placed into the blockchain.
