Yesterday I ate about 1750 kcal. It's not so easy count calories during weekend especially when you eat dinner at parents house. I have my solution for this, I use weight too and weight things too and mark what I eat than later I calculate only how much it could be. It's hard to count it correct but I know that to meals from parents you should add 10% more calories than you think because they add much more than you think :).
I am not so crazy to be everywhere with weight just I am starting now again so I need to treat this serious to have good result. When I loose 20kg in about 1,5 year I did not count with weight during weekends and I loose weight, now I try to count during weekend because I need to have faster result.
I have checked today how is going and my weight is now 69,7 kg :) When you start diet after eating to much it's always like this that after few first day you loose the most and later it stop so it's good maybe to not check it all the time, I try to not check this every day but I can't wait whole week so just I check every 2-3 days my weight.
Remember to do some sport too, if you don't like running maybe try to start with walking 10000 steps a day? It's not litll if you have sitting work. Remember too that with only a lot of sport you will not loose your weight, it's very important to eat less but to less eating is not good too.

Forget about counting the calories you are taking and burning. Just try to concentrate on the diet which you have created after enough research.
I think you are looking okay in your current state. Just keep it up.
I lost about 20 kg like this in 1,5 year so I am sure this solution is best for me. For now I would like to loose not much more important for me here is to feel better and have more power. I don't want to be skiny, this is not my target :)
