All in all i know how important is passive income and cashflow . Money makes money so it is clear sytuation . May i have to wait for comfortable live but i dont care it .

My answer isn't on the list. I would invert the great part, in stock markets, bond markets, cryptocurrencies and real estate.
But I also would make a party, give some money to the poor and travel more. It depends also on the amount of money.
