How Often Do You Think About Universe, Physics, Consciousness and Other Existential Questions?
This is something I've been into ever since I was a kid. It's what draw me into franchises like Ghost in the Shell, Matrix, Movies like Existenz (1999) or games like SOMA or anything that delves into metafiction in a profound way. I'm drawn towards these kind of questions and I'm fascinated by them even though it can a times be very scary. But sometimes you need to pull out the arrow before you treat the wound.
- I Think About Them Very Often
- At Least A Few Times A Week
- A Few Times A Month
- I Think About Them Occasionally
- It Gets Scary Soon And I Stop Thinking About Them
- I Prefer To Keep My Life Simple - Ignorance Is Bliss
- I Simply Let God Handle It
- I Just Let Destiny Take Care Of Things
- I'm To Busy To Think About These/ I'm Waiting For Someone To Do The Thinking For Me And Get Me Answers

It is why so much of the new Star Trek franchise sucks, they stopped about existential questions, and became a soap opera.
It is also the reason i loved Ghost in the Shell (anime) and hated Ghost in the Shell (live action movie) they took out everything i loved from that show.
Best answer so far. Anime is the best when it comes to asking this kind of questions. I have a very good feeling Death Stranding by Hideo Kojima would really push things from the gaming side of things. Here is an article I wrote about it. GitS live action destroyed everything that made the franchise what it is and completely destroyed the character of Motoko. Even the recent "GitS:Arise" managed to remain mostly GitS due to the subject material and the complex stories it told.
There are some great obscure anime like Boogiepop Phantom and Serial Experiments Lain and Neon Genesis Evangelion is another absolute masterpiece. Even the new Godzilla anime trilogy chose focus on these existential side (sacrificing monster action and enraging most "fans") and Shin Godzilla was really great too.
Spoilers!!!
OMG, I think about these things at least 30 times a day.
Me too :-)
