En este video les muestro como preparar unos delicioso chiles rellenos de queso fresco y acompanaralos con un delicioso caldillo de jitomate para una combinacion exquisita.
Ingredientes Chiles Rellenos:
6 Chiles Poblanos
1/2 libra de Queso fresco
2 Huevos
1/4 deTaza de Arina de Trigo.
Ingredientes para el Caldillo:
3 Jitomates
Un Manojito de Cilantro
1/4 de Cebolla
2 Dientes de Ajo
3 Pimientas Enteras
3 Clavos
Sal al gusto
