Can't beat a nice omlette for breakfast, I like mushrooms, ham and a bit of cheese in mine with an avocado on the side. Low carb, high fat and protein.

Omlette with ham and eggs is perfect! Actually it inspire my cook next one by your recipe!
I sometimes have a tomato, mozzeralla and basil salad on the side if i'm really hungry.
