I've never been into this kind of life style. I am glad however there are people who lookout ans share ways to stay safer.
I can only imagen how critical extra water is with how hard some of you party :)

Riiigghht??? It can get really intense, when people are trying to keep up at that rate and NOT taking care of themselves.... Ugh.... I can smell the brain cells burning :P
