EOS Telegram Weekly Roundup (Less Formal Than Summary)

in #eos7 years ago (edited)

By John Chamberlain, Community Contributor.

Missing in action but not for long, Dan could be found in EOS price, joining in the fun and raising question of his own over a video showing a stunt man locked out his car as it approaches a busy crossroads, no prizes for guessing how that ends!

The chat room turns upside down and ceilings become floors. Floyd Edward makes a random prediction and then out of nowhere AK26 remembers about registering tokens.

Orbood Tree assumes an admin role and calls for order, but no one hears, price speculation continues with comparisons to Eth. Ordood Tree posts a cute ban hammer, but no one sees it 

Alexander Matis has a question for Sandwich and Monica-EOS wonders how Blocky Mcblockface could be 3 revisions out of date! Which is of course reference to a futuristic piece by Thomas (not giving away EOS or ETH) Cox

The week progressed and Dan stopped by EOSIO Gov to share an issue with the, how to describe it, infinite wisdom of aristocracy, unaware but not intentionally ignorant channel:

More on Dan chatting with himself can found in London Abridged https://forums.eosgo.io/discussion/796/eos-telegram-summary-5-1-18-london-abridged#latest

Still in EOS Gov Moti T drops in and independently (with no help from Thomas) answers an arbitration case 

If I’ve got the right! user Jurij Bajzelj drops a disclosure, not being in a position to make a decision on its relevance…, well I’ll just share it here for amusement:

Eagled eyed as ever, sittin in the morning Sun Tzu spots a Riccy or is it Faucy contract :)

Finally! Dan opens an account in the EOS Dev channel

more on that and Tulip Mania doing the rounds in well, Tulip Talk
https://forums.eosgo.io/discussion/810/eos-telegram-summary-5-2-18-tulip-talk#latest

Kev - EOS Go is on fire with yet another exciting daily but I've no idea why!
https://forums.eosgo.io/discussion/823/eos-telegram-summary-5-3-18-very-excite#latest

More NEW developments over in EOS General, starting off with an announcement from Scatter creator nsjames about supporting Ethereum or least making it easier to move from ETH to EOS

Dan drops in to let the channel know about his latest publication, a story about time and flux capacitors! or more seriously DAWN 4

Scary sounding optimizations, feature creep and/or pruning is the order of the day for June release

Don't let the term "hard forks" scare you it's just a process to introduce feature creeps into the community.

Dan claims to know nothing and isn't about to share his dog food with strays in a hurry

The word on prisoners retaining voting rights is spreading :)

TFI Friday, in EOS Price the NEWS arrives by tweet, Dawn 4

Dan drops in to his favourite channel to announce he doesn't get MAD easily.

Well that's it for this weekly roundup, it's been fun, let's start the weekend :) the way the week began :)
M.I.A scheduled headline at Tulip !!!
