Euphorbia milii is one species of 2000 other species of the genus Euphorbia . the original species was named E. milii varieties splendens / E.splendens. this variety grows a bit of crawling (scrambing), has a cherry of red color (cyathia) measuring 1 cm and the true flower is yellow. E. splendens can grow to 60-240 cm. in addition to E. splendens that bloom red, there is also a yellow color lutea varieties that are shorter than flowering red. Now the plant breeders have developed a lot of E.milii. One of the countries that developed E. milii to date is Thailand. Besides Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia have also started to cultivate E. milli. In Indonesia, euphorbia is known by the name Pakis studs.
