RE: Top Ten Tips For Fiction Writers on Steemit, from a Top Steemit Fiction Writer

in #fiction7 years ago

This is a great article about finding your stride and not giving up.

I haven't been here long enough but had wanted to quit two times because I felt frustrated that I was not connecting with the right people and groups.

One of the reasons there was I was afraid of being critiqued and to be found wanting. I don't think my ego could have handled that a month ago.

I had stumbled on the repository of the knowledge of The Writer's Block and it has helped me tremendously in learning more about the more technical style of writing.

Anyone with a rudimentary skill in English can write a sentence and say that he has created a story but it takes practice, a desire to learn and to utilize all the skills for a writer to be created and make full use of his potential.

This is what I like about Steemit. The opportunity to learn and become a better person.

This post has been invaluable to me and I thank you.

Meh, anyone that wants to critique you on here, should suck it. Have you seen some of the posts taking $100s in rewards?

Haha yeah and i want to improve myself so i can raise my head high and day I did a good job.
