Late submission

  • 15 bodyweight squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 Burpee
  • 15 situps
  • 20 walking lunges – 10 each leg
  • 20-second plank
  • 20-second The High Plank
Sort:  

Counting 100 reps here, but the plank durations probably left you a little short.
