Well..I'm only 20, can't do yet! When I lived in Chile the drinking age was actually 18 haha. But I didn't drink that much, once in while was good. Although there was that one time that i had a little bit too much on a an empty stomach, and I was talking about on how my arm was feeling weird and I was swinging it around and laughed alot! Haha!!
