These delicious, cute sticks are surely make yours kids love it. You can buy it in the supermaket, but why you don't make it by yourself. Let's go to the kitchen and learn how to make chocolate pocky sticky.
Ingredients for chocolate sticky.
- 100 grams of cake flour, you can use wheat flour mix with cornstarch flour instead of.
- 1 tbsp of sugar.
- A little of salt.
- 2 tbsps of butter.
- 2 tbsps of fresh milk.
- Chocolate.
- Almond, peanut (anything) to sprinkle on sticky.
Step by step guides.
Step 1:
- Mix well wheat flour with salt and sugar.
- Put butter in a bowl, squezze flour and butter together by your hand.
- Pour the milk in, using a spatula and mix well.
Step 2:
- Cover with plastic wrap, put it into a refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Reheat the oven at 170 degrees celcius.
- Take the flour out, rolling and turning until it's 3mm thick. Then trim off the excess. Continue to cut it into long sticks (about 3mm thick).
Step 3:
- Put sticks into the oven and bake for about 15-18 minutes at 170 degrees celcius.
- When the ticks are baked, take out to cool down. Melt chocolate into a bowl of warm water. When the sticks are cooling down, put it into chocolate.
- Sprinkle a little of peanut or almond (crushed) or anything on the face.
- Final is put it into the refrigerator for frozen chocolate.
