I really like your initiative!
I am a chef interested in food sustainability albeit on a much smaller scale. Where I work we grow our own organic veg, make olive oil and have a few chickens for eggs. Wood is not really a sustainable resource on the barren island of Malta but it's interesting tosee what you people are doing. Keep up the good work
