Yup that's how we do it in JA @craig-grant!!! For those who dont know ackee and saltfish is our national dish and it is delicious. They usually have Jamaican food on the line though so that's odd. Happy they went all out to give you the full Jamaican experience....Jamaican food is the best!!!!

I've always had salt fish, but I've never experienced Ackee. Can you grow Ackee in that sandy Florida soil?

I remember my first time in Jamaica and had Ackee and Salt fish. Superb. Ate it right on the street corner then purchased me some Jerk Chicken! Some of the best food for real. Still have a problem crossing the streets though given that the traffic is on the opposite side than in the US/Germany lol. Good video Bro.
But all that being said about modulation, if you're serving people delicious food, they won't complain

@craig-grant ......Yea man, Ackee and dem fry dumplings UP!!!!......Did you get to try "rundown", which is made with salt mackerel and coconut milk, great with green banana, yellow yam and boil dumplings:)
