Braised pork rice

The famous lu rou fan (滷肉饭) braised pork belly with rice) is one of the most popular comfort foods in Taiwan. But nowadays there’s alot of other variation that uses ground pork instead of pork belly.

To make look better when presenting the rice, you can add cooked eggs to the pot along with the pork and make soy eggs. To make it healthier, they add on the steam vegetable. The mixture of the colour on the rice will look so nice.
