Good morning my friends!
Today I'm gonna show you one of my breakfast routines:
The Berry-Tangerine-Protein-Oatmeal :D
It's made pretty fast, you dont need a whole lot, it's damn healthy and it tastes amazing! And those are the ingredients you need:
- 60g of oats
- 100g of wild berries
- 40g of protein powder (I prefer strawberry flavor)
- 100g of tangerine (I got the canned ones)
- ( some chia seeds and cinnamon)
At first you mix the berries with your oats, add ~ 1 cup of water and microwave it for 90sec. Afterwards add your protein powder and stir it up quite equally. Then get your tangerine in and mix it one last time. Finish off with a couple chia seeds and a bit of chinnamon if you like and get a huuuge cup of coffee, and there you have it - One perfect start in the day!
Last but not least I've got the macros for this meal for you:
~ 500kcal
~ 54g of carbohydrates
~ 44g of protein
~ 9g of fat

Hi 8). I came across your STEEMIT today because I too am doing a healthy / weight loss journey and I cruse the fitness, healthy tags 8). I voted up and followed.
I'm doing a keto diet for now. But once I hit my goal I think oats are going to be the first carb I reintroduce. Great recipe.

Thanks I am half way to my goal which is lose 100 lbs. But it is starting to get harder and my motivation is low.
