Good day, steemians! It's five o'clock over here! I know most Acehnese steemians have those smiles. Why? Because today's fasting will over in less than two hours. Rainy day is still here with us. So, breakfasting will be great in warm place with warm food. :)
Everyday is a special day with favorite food. Stir fried mushroom is our favorite! You?
In my parents' house, the unpredictable weather like this will let the mushroom grow. Will miss seeking the mushroom underneath the hay. Well, I bought this one in the market.
Ingredients:
- Mushroom
- Bean Sprouts
- Quail eggs (boiled)
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Tomato
- Chili
- Salt
Instructions:
- Clean the mushroom and cut into halves.
- Chopp shallot, garlic, tomato, chili.
- Heat the wok pan, fry the shallot, garlic, tomato and chili.
- Stir for a while, add in mushroom.
- Add in been sprout and eggs.
- Add in salt and stir throughly.
- Serve.
Hmm...ready for breakfasting?
