Hi, steemians! 😍
Today I've decided to cook our favorite pots with chicken and mushrooms. Since childhood, the taste of food cooked in a pot was different from everything else, and it seems more delicious and magical. 😋
Today I'll tell you how we usually prepare "pots". 🙌
> To be honest, I was fascinated by the preparation process, I've absolutely
> forgotten about the camera 😢, so, please, watch the video. 👇
** For the pots we need ** ❗️ chicken fillets (I had 500 g), ❗️ garlic (1 clove), ❗️ carrot, ❗️ onion, ❗️ potatoes (about 3/4 medium potatoes for 1 pot) ❗️ champignon (300 g) ❗️ salt, ❗️ pepper, ❗️ sour cream, ❗️ cheese (I used mozzarella for pizza).
Prepare pots, so that you could immediately put the split products in. 🤓
1⃣ *** The first layer*** - spread the chopped chicken into small pieces. + salt and pepper. Top it with crushed garlic.
2⃣ ***The second layer *** - coarse grated carrots.
3⃣ ***The third layer*** - onions, sliced into half rings.
4⃣ ***Fourth*** - potatoes, chopped into small cubes.
5⃣ ***The fifth layer*** - mushrooms.
On top of all layers put a spoonful of sour cream, cover with a lid and put the pots in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes.
When 40 minutes pass ⏱, open pots and sprinkle with grated cheese. Turn off the oven but leave for another 10 minutes the pots inside. 😏
Bon Appetit! ⭐️
