5 | Tablespoons of sugar |
1 1/2 | Teaspoon of salt |

In a bowl place all the water, 1 tablespoon sugar and yeast (Let stand in a dark place for 10 minutes).

After our yeast is activated, we add all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the butter and half the mixture of yeast and water. Mix a little and add the rest of the liquids.
Mix and knead for 30 minutes. Until our mass is well integrated and smooth. Let stand for 1 hour in an oiled container to avoid sticking. Cover the container with a damp cloth and place in a dark place.

With the aid of a roller, we will flatten our balls of dough and form rectangles.

Fold in 3 or 4 parts and let the union down. We put them in the baking tray and we make 3 cuts with a knife. I preferred to fold and not roll so that the loaves were wider and not so high. (Anyway, the form is to everyone's liking).
After we finish our loaves, cover them with a damp cloth and let stand in a dark place for 45 minutes.
