Can't go wrong with a little tahini in a dressing, right? Or in anything else for that matter. 😉 This was definitely some of the most vibrantly purple kale I have ever gotten! I have had it before where it is mostly green with hints of purple, but this was something else. I hope they have some more next week so I can use some in my Christmas salad.
