I know, Lenas salad looked sooooo goooooood! This purple and colorful brussel/potato/arugula salad looks delish too, @plantstoplanks. Your photography skills sure have gotten stellar. Those greens (and purples) are definitely photogenic. Great haul my friend. We don’t have a hydroponic guy but it sounds like a neat thing to have :). Happy Monday!

I ran out of time to make hers today, but it's definitely on the menu for tomorrow. These veggies are totally my muse. Watch out and I may start writing poetry about them soon. 🤣
I'm totally lucky to have lots of killer dudes and dudettes growing these sick veggies. I definitely need to see if I can do some farm visits in the spring!
We are actually produce starved right now (not literally) because our local farmers market has stopped for a few months. We could always suck it up and head over to the bigger one down the street but it’s not the same. Haha… it’s so true, we build relationships with our farmers market peeps. Keep up the good work @plantstoplanks. You’re an inspiration to us all.
