Its not a gang though. Its just one really really lonely guy (@camillesteemer) who keeps buying accounts to set up downvote bots with. He just doesnt have a clue what hes doing. every new account he aquires he keeps downvoting everything. even dating back to march and april.
its just sad really. i hope somehow, someday, he will find someone that will love him.
