It is impressive, we run out of people, when we run out of food. GOD plans a lot better than I do, LOL! It was heavy today. I tried to get the lemonaid dispensed, we went through 20 gallons of lemonaid! I finally just stayed with the drinks and kept mixing more.
We served for a solid two hours. I would guess maybe 350 this time. Some only drink water. I made lemonaid as fast as I was able, going to have to get another jug!
We had a line a block long left, after we had been serving for an hour. :)
Word of mouth, after three plus years of showing up; a few have figured us out for sure, LOL! This was at 3:30...we started serving at 2:30! Today was a zoo for sure. But it was a real blessing!
I had 10 Year old girl hug me around the neck today; and thank me for lunch...broke my heart! But she was NOT hungry today!
