Today is the 2step : SWING.
i have so hard training for two days.so my shoulder and arm is very exhausted now....whenever i'm doing anything, the 3rd day is the most hard day.
the first day's step : "HIT THE TABLE" is only using the power, today's the 2step:SWING is very important about skill and feel. so i had so many confused in that day.
자 오늘은 두번째 단계인 스윙이다.
이틀간의 무식한 연습덕에 내 어깨와 팔은 쉬고싶다고 애걸복걸인 상태이다....나는 어떤것을 할때에 항상 3일째가 가장 힘든것같다.
첫날의 "반죽치기"는 힘으로 하는게 70%였다면, 저때의 "스윙"은 기술과 감각이 90%를 차지하는 단계라 수타를 배운 2달동안 가장 허둥지둥 했던 하루가 아니었나 기억된다.
