I think I had read the same contents talking about obesity and diet...all I can say is its really not about the food you think its about to chew it all down into your body but if you think about what are the benefit of the food and know what your body need be more selective and choosy you will get the perfect look like want you to be...do not blame the food....because food is always delicious and tasty..... haha Thanks for the sharing
