Not sure what stance you guys take on supplements for bodybuilding and working out in general, although, there are also increasingly more benefits proven to be shown with items such as L-arginine and L-Glutamine, like that they prevent muscle breakdown in cancer patients and those who don't always fill their calorie intake for the day. Aside from that there are a ton of others like creatine which has a slew of benefits!
