Take some deep breaths as you have been. All will be well as long as you continue to progress. Obstacles will always come your way in life and perhaps this is a way for the doctors to see how well you react to adversity?

Think positively, act positively and do your best to exercise in your room, if you can. "Dips" against a chair to keep your triceps strong. Push ups on the floor, or inclined against a chair. Sit ups - linking your feet under the bed? Or lifting your legs up to do "crunches". Leg lifts, stretching / yoga-style exercise.
