This is a really great, informative post. I wish my vote were worth more, but I did resteem it.
I have been having an inflammatory response, my sed rate and crp have been high for about a year and I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I have a feeling it may be related to a gluten intolerance. I'm tempted to try going gluten free to see if it relieves my symptoms. I just keep focusing on all the things I won't be able to eat.

i'm sorry to hear that, thank you for your comment and sharing here. I really hope you try gluten free, the stuff you won't be able to eat, I promise you wont miss after you get going and feel the benefits. its always 100% better to focus on the positive, like ..... all the amazing NEW things you can eat!!! But this is new to me to, maybe we can journey on this a bit together. Do you use Discord? Either way i'm going to be posting gluten free food from now, I hope you will check it to get ideas.
I'm still trying to navigate my way through Steemit, so I haven't used Discord yet. :) I'll be following your posts for some great recipes! thanks!
