No doubt fruit consumption have been a vital part of human survival. From the Paleolithic period humans have been hunting and gathering various edible fruits. This prove that humans are fruit lovers long before time.
Such demand of fruit consumption had risen due to various health benefits.
List of fruits that are very good for human health and vitality:
Soursop or commonly known as guyabano but in our place in the Visayas we named this fruit as "Singkorabao" very famous not only of its taste but because of medicinal purpose proven by many especially the "Albularyo" believe that it can fight cancer cells, just boiled its leaves as a tea substitute. I have tried it and the taste just fine!

Canistel also known as eggfruit but in our place we called it "Tisa" true to its color its good for your eyes. Tisa has been growing and quite a bounty in our place hence most people does not appreciate the taste of the fruit however for my lolo and lola Tisa fruit picking and eating has been their favorite past time.
Sapodilla or Sapota but best known as Chikoo in our country... This is my all time favorite looks like Kiwi but its quite different in terms of taste and nutrition.
This is an excellent source of dietary fiber plus very rich in antioxidants "Tannin" possess a rich value of astringent that is highly anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,and anti-parasitic effects! This is to testify that can be used as a dewormer especially for most children who hates take anti-parasitic medicines!
