All of the symptoms written in the post can be caused by multiple diseases and usually the diagnosis will depends on the history given by the presenting individual. If you're coughing, doesn't mean you have cancer, it can be you have infection or you just cough because something stuck in your neck. Cancer should not be the first thing you think off. Chest pain for example, can be caused by heart condition (if there is radiation to the left arm) or even lung, such as pneumothorax.
