The most likely cause is your tires. They can be out of balance. This can be fixed by having them rebalanced. The tire shop can add weights to the wheel to fix the issue. They can also be damaged or out of round. I’ve seen brand new tires out of round. If a tire is damaged or out of round, it will have to be replaced. Since it affects the steering wheel, it will be one of the front tires.
