YAMMIE HOTPLATE The Sensation of Food Staying Warm Until the End
Hello Food Lovers!
This weekend I made an appointment with my friend to hang out together, because we hadn't met for a long time, we finally decided to go together. At that time I wanted to take a trip to nature, but my friend chose to take a leisurely walk in the mall in Jakarta. Because we didn't have much time to meet, I finally agreed to follow her suggestion. So we decided to have dinner at one of the big malls in Jakarta.
It was Saturday night, my friend and I promised to meet at the specified mall location. When we arrived there, we immediately let go of our longing, chatted and joked, told each other about our busy lives. Until finally we arrived at one of the restaurants that served food in the form of hotplates. Yes, YamMie Hotplate was our choice to fill our empty stomachs.
YamMie Hotplate has many menu variants, there is a rice menu with beef steak, teriyaki chicken, BBQ beef and also noodles combined with grilled chicken, black pepper beef, seafood. All of these dishes are served on a hot hotplate that keeps the food warm, this is an innovation because food often gets cold if it is served for too long.
At that time I ordered beef steak noodles and my friend ordered beef steak. For beef steak noodles are noodles served with beef steak on top, coated with YamMie's signature sauce which is spicy, sweet and also a little savory. Well for beef steak it is only served with French fries, corn, fried egg and of course beef steak coated with YamMie's signature sauce which is delicious, with a sweet, savory and slightly spicy taste.
While waiting for the order to be ready we continued our previously delayed chat. Not long after our order was ready, and we immediately ate it. Oh yeah, make sure not to touch the container, because it's very hot. After praying we immediately enjoyed every bite of the food served. I admit, for the beef steak it was really tender and very tasty, the texture was not hard, it didn't make it difficult for me to chew it. And for the noodles, they were very chewy and cooked to the right level of doneness, not too hard and not too soft, just right. For the sauce, I really enjoyed it, it's just that for spicy food lovers, for me it was not spicy enough and tended to be a little sweet. But overall it was really delicious and very worth enjoying.
After eating and relieving our longing by sharing our joys and sorrows, we decided to go home. Because it was getting late at night. For me, YamMie Hotplate is very worth enjoying, especially for those of you who like sweet and spicy food, besides the menu we ordered, this restaurant also has other menus, many light menus too if you don't want to eat heavy food. So, try to come once in a while and order the best menu and feel the sensation of a dish that stays warm from start to finish. Oh yeah, don't forget to capture the moment, okay?! 😉
