RE: Hive-Naija Weekend Engagement #55 - "MONEY VS WISDOM"

in Speak Peace • 2 years ago

From my personal view of this topic, am seeing it in this direction 👇

Am senseless (don't even have brain) and same time, bankrupt. Then, wisdom and money was presented before me and am asked to choose one. There's this tendency that the love of money may lure me into chosing money rather than wisdom. But, let's check it out, how will I be able to manage money without wisdom? But, with wisdom, I'll be able to learn skills that will give me money. Remember, it was the wisdom of King Solomon of old that attracted money(wealth) to him. So, in a nutshell, let me unveil my answer. I MUST CHOOSE WISDOM. With wisdom, I can discern ways to make money. But, money can't buy wisdom.

Thanks for the IV I will put down my view right away

Even the reason you gave shows that you have the wisdom to use money well and you know, even king Solomon in his wisdom sinned against God and like I said before, the Bible told us that the wisdom of man is a filthy rag before God. You choosing money doesn't mean you love money, the love of money that the Bible was talking about is the fact that people do absolutely anything to get money but that's not the case now.

Well, both options are important so it's fine if you go for wisdom and others go for money, it is balanced that way.
